Your Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR and Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Handling the company’s general accounting
Recording daily accounting transactions
Managing customer and vendor invoices (entry, tracking, reconciliation)
Monitoring cash flow and collections
Preparing financial closings and annual reports (balance sheet, income statement, etc.)
Preparing tax and social security filings
Generating periodic financial statements
Managing customer reminders, disputes, and collections
Ensuring compliance with regulatory changes (tax, social security, legal)
Collaborate with various departments within the company
Desired Qualifications
Accounting education:
BTS CG, DCG, DSCG, or Master’s degree in accounting/management
Proficiency in IT tools and management software (ERP)
Strong knowledge of corporate law and labor regulations
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and ability to handle complex situations
Discretion and respect for confidentiality

Compensation and Benefits
€35,000 to €40,000 gross annual salary, depending on profile and experience
